Changes comes with the wind
Making pretty solutions in design is easy, even with best practices. Developing new work that is meaningful is hard, and it takes extensive research and filtering to identify strategic needs and remove already-made solutions in the industry. The end goal is to make a connection with consumers, extend brand communication, and bring value to both sides. Yes, it is very important to have cohesion between the brand and consumers, following different methods for creating meaningful connections.
The best way to achieve this is to explore creative solutions, not the expected ones. It's very important that the solution can be dynamic and not have fear of the changes in the future. The world around us is constantly changing like the behaviours of the consumers. The goal is to craft work that is equally performant as it is distinctly unique. So, it’s imperative to create cross-functional alignment through regular, open, and honest conversation to properly establish expectations in all directions.
