WOW Connect — eSIM App Redesign

The Problem

Travelers struggle with expensive roaming fees and complicated SIM setups. WOW Connect needed an app experience that made buying and activating an eSIM feel as easy as ordering a coffee — or users would churn before ever connecting.

What I Did

As Lead Designer, I owned the end-to-end redesign of WOW Connect's mobile app — rethinking user flows from first open to first connection. I mapped friction points in the acquisition funnel, simplified onboarding steps, and designed an interface that makes purchasing an eSIM plan feel instant and trustworthy.

Working alongside developers, PMs, and stakeholders, I translated complex connectivity logic into a clean, accessible UI — reducing cognitive load at every decision point.

The Focus

  • Onboarding flow redesign to reduce drop-off at signup
  • Simplified plan selection to increase conversion to purchase
  • Accessibility improvements to serve a wider global audience
  • Design system built for scalable, fast development

Currently in development. Full case study coming Q2 2026

homeHero — Cleaning Service App (B2B + B2C)

The Problem

Cleaning businesses run on spreadsheets, phone calls, and guesswork. homeHero needed a single platform that gave business owners real-time operational control — while making it just as easy for customers to book, pay, and trust the service.

What I Did

I took homeHero from a blank canvas to a fully scaled dual-sided platform — designing for two completely different user types without compromising either experience.

For businesses, I designed a dashboard that surfaces scheduling, worker hours, and equipment tracking at a glance — turning operational chaos into clarity. For customers, I built a booking and payment flow that feels frictionless, with tipping and review features that build loyalty after every clean.

I led end-to-end product design, brand identity, and user research — while co-driving strategic product decisions with stakeholders and development teams.

The Focus

  • Dual-sided platform UX for B2B operators and B2C customers
  • Operations dashboard with scheduling, time tracking, and equipment management
  • Frictionless booking, payment, and post-service review flow
  • Full brand identity built from scratch
  • Design system aligned with development for fast, consistent shipping

Currently in active development. Full case study coming Q2 2026.

MassageBook — Brand Refresh & Website Redesign

The Problem

Massage practitioners are hands-on professionals, not marketers — yet MassageBook needed its website to speak their language immediately, or lose them to competitors within seconds. The brand felt generic, the messaging unclear, and conversion was suffering for it.

What I Did

As Creative Director and Web Designer, I led a full brand and website overhaul focused on one goal: making massage practitioners feel like this platform was built for them the moment they land on the page.

I refined MassageBook's tone of voice to feel credible, warm, and practitioner-first. I restructured the website's information architecture to guide visitors toward conversion — removing confusion, tightening messaging, and aligning every visual decision with trust-building.

The Focus

  • Brand voice and messaging strategy for a niche professional audience
  • Website redesign focused on increasing practitioner sign-up conversion
  • Visual identity refinement for credibility and market differentiation
  • UX copywriting aligned with the target audience's motivations and objections
